学习与工作经历

1988年毕业于中南林学院林学专业,获农学学士学位;1988-1991年在中南林学院攻读森林生态学硕士学位,1991年获森林生态学硕士学位,1991年硕士毕业后一直在中南林业科技大学从事教学科研工作。2003年获得生态学博士学位。2002年在澳大利亚国立大学(Australian National University)资源环境与社会学校访问学习。2010年在奥地利维也纳大学University of Vienna进行学术研究。

学术任职及奖励

中南林业科技大学教授,生态学博士,博士生导师。湖南会同杉木林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站站长,中国林学会杉木专业委员会副主任,中国林业学会森林生态分会常务理事,湖南省生态学会副理事长,湖南省土壤与肥料学会常务理事,湖南省植物学会常务理事,第十届《林业科学》编委。荣获第五届湖南省青年科技奖,入选为教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,享受政府特殊津贴。获科研成果奖7项,其中国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名第5),湖南省自然科学一等奖1项(排名第1),湖南省科技进步一等奖1项(排名第2)。

科研、教学及学术活动

主要从事森林生态系统长期定位研究,研究内容为杉木林生产力和养分利用策略、亚热带次生林群落结构、地下细根多样性、土壤养分异质性、森林生产力模拟预测等领域。主持国家自然科学基金、科技部基础平台建设项目、国家重点研发项目子课题、教育部出国留学归国人员科研启动项目、教育部博士点基金、国家林业局行业公益性项目、国家林业局948项目和重点项目、湖南省科技厅项目、湖南省教育厅重点项目等项目共22项。承担普通生态学(湖南省精品课程、MOOC)、森林生态学、生态规划、森林动态学、植物生理生态学等研究生和本科生课程。为《林业科学》、《生态学报》、《植物生态学报》等国内学术期刊和Global Change BiologyMethods in Ecology and EvolutionsScientific ReportsGeoscientific Model DevelopmentBioresource and TechnologyBiogeochemistryPlant and SoilFrontiers in Plant ScienceEuropean Journal of Forest ResearchJournal of Soils and SedimentLandscape and Urban PlanningAnnals of Forest Science等国际学术期刊的审稿人
